Description: Learn to effectively lead youth ministry, including major events, small groups and weekly services. From behind the scenes planning to platform presentation, you will be equipped to communicate and lead this next youth generation.
Champion Kidz Trac
Director: Pastor Sue Kahawaii
Description: An internship in Champion Kidz ministry offers a fun, hands-on learning experience in a wide variety of areas. These include drama, music, technical and creative arts, administration, graphics, event planning, teaching, leadership training and public speaking. The internship is an intense and rewarding time, as it offers a broad spectrum of experiences, including kids’ camp, leadership and team retreats, and a spring mission trip to Mexico.
Worship Trac
Director: Pastor Jeri Nicholson
Description: Worship Trac interns will be fully integrated into the Champions Centre worship team and will develop skills in vocal/instrumental technique, music theory, songwriting, team dynamics and being a leader worth following. Get a hands-on, behind-the-scenes view of what it takes to effectively lead a multi-campus worship department that encompasses children, youth and adult platforms.
KGC Production & Media Trac
Director: Jodi Gerald-Cameron
Description: Kevin Gerald Communications (KGC) is the media, publishing, and production ministry at Champions Centre. Modern technology is an important part of church life. Interns in this track have several opportunities including: multi-camera production of a weekly television program, print and website graphic design, marketing strategies and development, and service production. A background in editing or design is recommended, but not required.
Church Life Trac
Director: Pastor Brandon Stewart
Description: Learn to "close the back door" and turn guests into church members by leading teams that grow the church. The Church Life Trac includes an emphasis on guest relations and resource teams, membership processes, volunteer team management, small group coordination, and business administration.
